Is there a limit on employees or branches?
There is no employee cap. Owners can manage more than one branch from the same account and download reports, including Excel.
How do staff mark attendance?
Staff mark attendance from the app. Sajilo HRM supports facial attendance plus GPS and time tracking, so the owner can see who is present, absent, on leave, or late.
Does Sajilo HRM calculate salary?
Yes. Salary is calculated from attendance, so month-end pay is not rebuilt from a paper register. Staff can see their own attendance, salary, and leave details.
Can the app run in Nepali?
Yes. The whole app works in Nepali and English. Staff can use Nepali while owners read the same records in English.
