Sajilo HRM collects the business name, the owner's email, and each employee's name, phone, attendance, leave, and salary details. This is used only to run the service.

Data is not sold. Attendance and salary information is not shared outside your business, except when the law requires it.

Keep your password private. Access stays inside your account, and ordinary technical measures are used to protect the data.

Staff can see their own attendance. Owners can view and download reports for their business.
